成功的路途不是一路平坦的，我在总结我24年的经验教训时 我得出以下个人感悟

成功的4要素

1:目标

2:努力和准备

3：自信

4：总结和反思

目标是我们行动的目标，能让我们不再迷茫

努力和准备是必须的 上天只会给有准备的人机会

自信 只有内心强大的人才敢于追逐成功

总结和反思 是为了纠正我们的错误
